Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once a Shipping Label has been created and the product has left our facility, your order can NOT be cancelled. To request an order cancellation prior to shipping, you must contact us through our website (www.standpipeseal.com) and click on the “Have a Question” tab to send a message. There may be a small window of opportunity to make such a request as we try to get products to our customers as expeditiously as possible.

Return Policy:
All Sales Are Final. We will only accept returned products for exchange (No Refunds) due to a product defect or damage caused during shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the product to make a claim. To make a claim, visit our website (www.standpipeseal.com) and click on the “Have a Question” tab to send a message. After receiving your claim, you will be provided an address where to return the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of a defect or damage. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product. In the event a replacement product is not available, we will refund the full purchase price, less any shipping charges, and credit your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delays in Shipping:
We will not be responsible for any delays during the shipping process. After your product ships, you will receive tracking information directly from the carrier. There are no guaranteed delivery dates.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address provided on the order form. Any necessary information, such as tracking and label numbers, will be provided to assist you should you need to file a claim with the carrier. Should a package be deemed lost by the carrier prior to confirmed delivery, a replacement with be sent to you free of charge.
